What is Kinesiology?

There are many styles of Kinesiology (pronounced kin-easy-ology) which generally fall into three groups:

1. Traditional Kinesiology, which is taught in universities and mainly focuses on biomechanics and exercise physiology

2. Applied Kinesiology, which is used by Chirporactors, Osteopaths and Medical Doctors.

3. Specialized Kinesiology, which includes many differing and sometimes overlapping modalities. Many of the modalities of Specialized Kinesiology use muscle testing to obtain feedback from the body.
The Complete Health Center uses several types Specialized Kinesiology to pinpoint specific areas of imbalance, and to correct those imbalances using non-invasive techniques that produce quick, long-lasting results.

Specialized Kinesiology does not treat named diseases, nor does it diagnose them. It is however used for the relief of pain (back pain, neck pain, ankle pain, etc), stress and confusion, depressive tendencies, digestive disorders, fatigue and tiredness, learning disabilities, allergies, nervous disorders, sports injuries, personal development and general wellbeing.

The Complete Health Center is located in southern Manitoba in the beautiful Pembina Valley, south of Manitou.

We are about 25 minutes west of Morden and 35 minutes from Winkler.
